"BAPAK!" said my 9 years old sister, Farah. Today is my dad 53th Birthday. It's really sad that we couldn't celebrated it together on his birthday. He's working so far from home. He will be at home once a month. However, I will meet him next week on Tuesday!

Just now, I sent my father a text message to wish him birthday. and he replied;

"Thank you, I do whatever I can for the sake of you all to have a better life and future than me" - bapak

If only he knew that everything he has given to us is more than enough. He was working so hard and he is getting old. Each wrinkle he has on face tells a story of hard work and endurance. Only Allah can repay his hardship and everything he done to make us live a better life. Alhamdulillah for everything. Alhamdulillah for the rizq. Alhamdulillah he is my father.

Even though he is not always be there for us. Just thinking of him makes me smile. I'm so grateful for having him as my father and everyday I pray, I pray that Allah grant him a long life, a blissful life, a great health and protection. AAMIIN.
